Eigentlich können alle mitmachen. Es ist zunächst ein digitales Projekt zu mitsingen. Es ist ein einfaches Projekt und die Leute , die mitmachen sehr unterschiedlich, aber es tut gut zu singen.
Thursday 20pm Stretching class “Internal movement”
With this class I want to create for ourselves the space to connect with our body through the awareness of our physical structure, behavior and possibilities. Looking for pleasure in the process of finding new spaces around our bodies.
I work with stretching and movement exercises throw concept of Alexander Technique and Biomechanics of the body. We will try to open our sensitivity and regenerate our energy, paying attention in the alienation of our energetic body with our physical body.
Alexander Technique: looks for the primar and natural way to react with our body parts, following and listening to our inner functionality to create an effortless way to move that a tries to unlearn our patterns.
Biomechanics of the movement: represents the knowledge of the paths, meaning as bones, flesh, articulations and organs that will allowed our body to expand through its own structure and projection of the energy.
The class welcomes to every level and body with out judgment. It is mainly a research to give the space for the personal experience of connecting with ourselves through movement and find a wider and conscious relationship with our body.

die Kehrseite des Schweigens
Diskriminierung, Mobbing und Gewalt, waren immer Teil unserer Gesellschaft und sind es noch heute.
Wenn auch nicht in gleicher Form, gibt es Parallelen, die Anton (Titus Lawrenz) in dem Buch über Maria (Sina Sachse), das er gerade liest, zu seiner eigenen Situation feststellt. Er ist neu in seiner Schule, und lernt den coolen Mika (Mika Pfitzner) kennen. Dass Anton Mika mehr als nur cool findet, bemerken allerdings auch Dennis (Ben Litwinschuh) und seine zwei Freunde (Luca Metzger, Jan Geburtig). Fortan wird Anton in der Schule fertig gemacht und sucht seine Stütze in Maria, der Hauptfigur des Buches. Sie ist ein jüdisches Mädchen und eine der letzten auf ihrer Schule. Maria wird ebenfalls von drei Jungs aus ihrer Klasse diskriminiert und bedroht. Schließlich fasst Anton einen Entschluss. Er will seiner Situation entfliehen und nutzt dazu eines seiner größten Talente.
Ein Film über Angst und Anerkennung der evangelischen Halensee Gemeinde Berlin in Kooperation mit Street Light Productions. Ein ehrenamtliches Projekt des Filmworkshops mit Konfirmanden und Teamern.
